1. Your signature below indicates you have read this section and agreed to its terms. 2. Although we do our very best, we cannot always correct quilts with ‘fullness’, loose seams, wavy borders etc. 3. All quilt tops must be clean and pressed. Please ensure all edge seams are secured with a tacking stitch. 4. Unless your quilt is expedited, please allow 4 weeks for the completion of your quilt. (Expedited quilt service not available September - January). 5. Your backing and batting MUST be AT LEAST 4 inches bigger on ALL SIDES than your quilt top. If you are providing batting, we do not guarantee the results. 6. Your binding, if provided, MUST be at least 2.5 inches in width. It should also be at least 12” longer than the total of your quilt sides. 7. If we need to press your quilt top or back, repair any seams, trim threads, add leaders, prepare backing or binding, or any other sewing/prep service, there will be an additional fee of $20.00/hour. 8. $50 MINIMUM QUILTING FEE 9. Your total at drop off is an estimate. Your final total will include the bobbin fee, finishing fees, materials and other fees, if applicable. 10. Sales tack applied on Thread, bobbins and Batting if purchase from Cookie's Fabrics 7.5%. 11. We do not guarantee center lined backing with design on the back. 12.
